We are looking to grow and are seeking a qualified Administrative
Assistant to help us accomplish our growth goals!
Administrative Assistant Job Duties and Responsibilities

Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending
reminders for meetings
·
Providing administrative assistance, such as drafting engagement
letters from templates, coordinating travel arrangements, data entry, following
up with clients on documents
·
Using various software, including word processing,
spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special
projects
·
Provide excellent customer service and professional representation!
·

Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
·
High standards when it comes to ethics, integrity, and
client service.
·
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·
Attention to detail
·
Must be a self-starter and be able to work
independently.
·
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft
Office.
·
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the
United States on a full-time basis.
